Microphlebectomy

Microphlebectomy is a minimally invasive, in office procedure for treating larger surface veins. Ropy, bulging veins are gently removed through tiny incisions only 2-5 mm in length under local anesthesia. Special instruments allow near complete removal of these often painful and unsightly veins without stitches. Although slight bruising occurs initially, a much improved appearance is usually evident within days.
